1. Who can use your software?

Everyone can use it. You don’t need to know anything about trading or investments, nor have other computer advanced knowledge. We have developed this platform to be used by anyone, no matter their level of knowledge.

2. How can we start?

All you need to do is to open a broker account (we advise our Partners) on any broker that gives you the credentials to access MT4 platform and then sign up to our website. You won’t need to go through any guides, to pay for a VPS every month, have other extra costs, nor lose time and stress deciding the best trades, because everything is completely automated.

3. Can we use a Demo account?

Unfortunately, at the moment it is not possible to test on a demo account. Since we offer a fixed commission as a complement to the profits you will make, it would be damaging to block our servers and its response times with thousands of demo accounts. Everyone wants to make a profit and we will also only gain if you actually make a profit, and as such, this is our top priority.

4. Are you a broker or a financial institution?

No, we are neither a broker nor any other kind of financial institution. We are a technology company connected to financial markets and founded by a group of people, specialized in different areas, who have dedicated themselves to develop a fully automated platform, with the aim of helping everyone to obtain gradual and consistent profits in each one’s accounts.

5. Do we make any deposits with you?

No, we are only a software company. All your money management passes through your broker account, just like any bank account, for which you are the only person responsible and with access to it.

6. Which broker do you recommend?

We have chosen to make a partnership with some brokers because we believe that they are one of the best worldwide online brokers and the ones that offer more security to investors. 7. Can we make manual trades on that account?

We advise you not to do that because your manual trades can interfere with the strategies and money management of the software. But if you make any trade, the commission you pay will always be based only on the trades the software does, since it identifies each trade it makes on your account. But again, because of the reasons described above, we recommend you not to do that. It is better for you to have a second account on your broker for that purpose.

8. What makes you better or more reliable than other providers of similar software?

Each company is different and have different software available for investors. We don’t say that our is better than others, there are for sure other good automated trading software, available online. But with us you don’t need to have any knowledge of trading or computing, you do not need to have any monthly extra costs, you will only pay us a commission if you have profits in the end of the month, we will also account the losses for the following months and pay you a daily commission. Basically, you only need to register with us, open the broker account and see your money grow. Better than this, it’s impossible. It’s a win-win situation for you.

9. What are my daily or monthly costs?

You don’t have any fixed costs to use our software. Unlike any other company or software, you don’t have to pay anything in advance. You will only have to pay us a commission for the profits in the end of the month. Our concept is to be paid only after you are also paid. Please check Pricing for more information.

10. For how long can we use your software?

You don’t have any time limits on its usage. The broker account is yours and you are the only person responsible for its management. You decide when to start and when to stop using it. You just need to let us know on your personal area.

11. What are the trading hours?

The software, as a security measure and trustworthiness, will only trade on week days and during hours of higher liquidity and lower spreads. Besides that, all trades are closed intraday and you won’t also have any open trades during the weekend. This way, the software gives you the guarantee that your account won’t have any unpleasant surprise when markets open on Monday.

12. Are the trades made by your software secure?

All trades made by our software have a stop-loss and a take-profit included to make them more secure. This means that they will, not only be closed instantly if those limits are crossed, but also that you will not have any extra losses due to human errors, emotions or miscalculation of trades or timings. Each trade made by our software have a risk of less than 1% and it will NEVER use martingale to open positions or cover losses. Besides this, our servers are also located in London and in New York, in the financial district. This ensures that you have a speed of as low as 2ms on the trades our software does, keeping you in the frontline of all of the action.

13. In which financial instruments does the software invests?

For now, it only invests in currencies. The reason for this is because of its high daily liquidity and specially for its transparency when compared to crypto or stocks. But other instruments may be added in the future.

14. How big is the leverage used?

Leverage is used worldwide by professional and amateur traders. But because what we want is to keep your money safe by growing gradually and consistently, the software will not allow you to use leverage on your capital on the trades it does. The maximum you can choose will always be your capital, you have the option the choose lower amounts.

15. What are the capital limits to be invested?

For now, we allow you to have a minimum of 1.000€ up to a maximum of 100K€ in capital, on each account.

16. What are my expected gains in the end of the month?

As you know, we can’t say how much it will be your future gains because every month is a different month. But based on past results we can say that you can get up to 30% per month. Even if it was only 3% per month, in the end of 1 year it would represent an increase of 36% on your capital. And because we also pay a fixed commission of 6%, it would represent a gain of 42%. Nonetheless as you know, trading financial instruments always carries a high level of risk and you should only trade with money you don’t depend on.

17. Why my account does not have any trades?

Our software will always make trades during week days if the markets are open. We may interrupt for any update needed but we will always try to do these in the end of the day or on weekends. Besides this, the software will also stop if you have any due commission to pay for your profits, from the previous month. Please make sure you pay until the end of each month, otherwise you will see your account paused. If your situation is regularized and if you don’t have any trades for more than 48h, please send us a message through your client area.

18. How do I see my balance and the trades made?

As we said before, we only provide you the software for you to trade your account. We don’t have access to it. But you have different ways to check your balance or the trades made.

1- You can login to your online broker account to check the available balance.
2- You can check it every day, in the email you receive from your broker, all the trades made and the closing balance.
3- You can install MT4 platform on your computer and login with the credentials your broker sent to you to access it. There you will see all trades made and the available balance.
4- You can install MT4 app on your mobile and do the same we said on option 3

19. Where do we see the commissions to be paid and to receive?

The amount you will receive and the amount you need to pay for the gains obtained during the month with the software, will be updated daily on your personal page. All of the trades made by our software are identified by our bots. So, you will only pay a percentage for the net value of the trades made. The percentage for those profits will be according to the commission you choose.

20. What happens if we don’t pay your commission on time?

If you don’t pay your commission until the end of the month, your account or any future accounts will be suspended until you pay the due amount. Only then the software will start again to place new trades. That is why we advise you to pay during the 3rd week of each month, if you forget you still have time until the end of the month. If you don’t pay the due amount up to 3 months, your account will be sent to our legal department and you won’t be allowed to submit a new account.

21. Do you have any referral program?
